• Order Deadlines: Clients must place orders must be placed by Sunday, 10 PM Central Time Zone, for delivery by the following Thursday or Friday. 
• Freshness Guarantee: We promise that the food will arrive fresh, and in great condition, and will replace meals if they are less than fresh. 
• Payment: Payment for services is required on the day of the order, and clients may be charged for any additional items requested. 
• Cancellation Policy: Clients can change their meal choices and quantity, pause, or cancel their order entirely, up until 4 days before shipping.
